No Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a membership with FV Prep Basketball Academy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refunds
All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind
- Lack of use
- Personal circumstances
- Dissatisfaction with the service

2. Membership Transfers
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned or resold to another individual.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, management may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include serious illness or injury preventing the member from utilizing the membership. Documentation may be required, and the management's decision will be final.

4. Membership Cancellation
Members can choose to cancel their membership at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership.
